Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept exchange of any product. We at Mad&Zoe Boutique happily accept the request for the return of orders that you bought from our online store. However, you must follow some rules and restrictions for the hassle/free return & refund service.

  • We have a 7-day return policy for our items, which means you have seven days after receiving your order to apply for the return. Also, your order must be in the same condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • In case of damaged/ defective order, you can initiate the return service by contacting Customer Care via email within 3 DAYS of delivery.
  • We do not provide return labels. NOTE: The customer is in charge of shipping back the return.
  • The exact appearance of the merchandise may have differences due to lighting effects, resolutions, and photographic lenses. These situations do not qualify the item as defective.

Rules for the return in case of defective/ damaged order
  • You can first reach out to our contact customer care at shopmadzoe@gmail.com within three days. In case it is not notified within the expected time frame, then we don't qualify it for the return.
  • You should also share the image of the damage/defect order. Moreover, there should not be damage caused by clients through improper handling of items.
  • The exact appearance of the merchandise may have differences due to lighting effects, resolutions, and photographic lenses. These situations do not qualify the item as defective.

Items that are not accepted for returns:

   NOTE: You cannot make any modifications or change in the order after checkout.

How can I initiate a return for my item?

 How much time can I expect for the RETURN Service? 

  • We take up to 5-10 business days, once we receive your return, to be processed. 
  • You will also get an update from an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card after the completion of the return.
